This exhibition is a showcase of engineering design projects by our junior [term 5] students in 30.007 Engineering Design Innovation Course.

The changes to our society and way of life brought by the ongoing pandemic have been stark, and some of these may linger for quite some time. Social distancing measures have changed how we work, study, and interact socially, with many activities now taking place at home. These changes have been harsh on everyone but in particular for our aging population as key social interactions and their benefits are affected.

Over the course of a term, in a team of five students, they have proposed and developed a challenging robotic or automation solution that can display innovation in these fields.

Join us (virtually) to witness their design ideas and discover the design process that ultimately resulted in these innovative product design solutions.

Course Leads: Prof. Pablo Valdivia y Alvarado & Prof. Subburaj Karupppasamy
